Gisele also has a variety of unique frames, I'm sure everyone who walks out of her store will feel like a movie star! 

 19th October, 2013 Thank you Impressive Eyewear for doing such a superb job with my glasses. I usually deal with a very high end frame shop in Vancouver, but from the time I stopped by your convenient location, I became a loyal customer. The people are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and made me feel that satisfying me in every way was their number one goal. Gisele brilliantly realized that there was an error made on my prescription and was able to retest me, correcting the problem. She spared no amount of time making sure my lenses and frames were exactly right for me. Impressive has camera and computer equipment designed to enable visualizing each pair of glasses on the face, and the inventory is fashionable, affordable and interesting. The experience of choosing frames was fun and enjoyable. Now, everywhere I go, I get complements about my beautiful new eyewear and it\'s wonderful to be able to see so clearly. After completion, the frames were rushed to me at my out of town location. You have no idea how much that helped me.  17th October 2013 Thank you Gisele and Megan for once again finding me the correct eyewear to suit my needs. I love my new progressive lenses, they are the best! Today I was at a meeting and it was such a treat not having to constantly switch between two pair of glasses. I was able to see the presentations in the distance and then was able to see my notes at the desk. These new lenses give me much more up close viewing space without having to turn my head around a number of times to find the correct viewing spot. I am also excited to be picking up my new DILEM glasses as they will have the same progressive lenses. So even though the glasses I used today were meant for me to use at home and in the garden, it just goes to show that you don't skimp on quality and truly encourage your customers to take care of their vision at all times.  16th August, 2013 Dear Impressive Eyewear, Thank you for my new DILEM glasses, they are extremely light weight and are a great design. I have received so many compliments on them and I think it has to do with Megan Johnson not allowing me to leave until I had a great looking pair of glasses for me. Yes Impressive Eyewear is a store and you do have to go in to them and not sit on the couch to order your glasses but I would choose them any day over an online store or other eyewear store. Gisele has built a great company with customer service that is miles ahead of any other store. Some people have the gift of the gab, but not their customer's best interests at heart. Others either want their customer's interests fulfilled but simply lack the ability to truly connect. And then there are those who simply lack the proper training and might even have difficulty working at a "fast food" outlet. Not so at Impressive Eyewear. No "assembly line" type service here. Gisele was warm and welcoming, she worked hard at finding the right frames for my discriminating features, and was genuinely enjoying doing what she does best. And what to say about Megan, the "rose" of the staff, who worked tirelessly at adjusting my frames for them to be comfortable, and they have been from minute one. If you need glasses, don't pass up on this place. Hoya lenses rock, and so does Impressive Eyewear! 

I love your great selection of frames and the time you spent taking photo's and emailing them to me to help me decide what I liked best, as there were too many good options. I was also very happy with your quality lens suggestions and the time you took to customize my lenses. My last purchase - prescription sunglasses - which I had been putting off because I didn't think they were a necessity, but boy was I wrong. They are the best and also perfect for driving on dull/glary days. Plus a big Thank You to Megan, who went the extra mile when she gave me her sunglass case, as I was leaving on vacation and she thought it would be better for travel.  5th July, 2013 Impressive Eyewear LTD. This is Surrey, meaning they’re not many good eye glass places. I stumbled upon Impressive Eyewear LTD by simply typing “best eye glass store”, in to Google. I went on to the website and could not take my eyes off the screen! They have every brand you can imagine and amazing deals. I went with my gut and chose to actually visit the place. I step in the store and right away I see 2 beautiful ladies, next thing I know I have finished my eye exam and have gotten a pair of frames that I love which they chose for me. In a matter of minutes these women got everything done so quickly and precisely. There was no hassle even though there were 8 other customers they were dealing with as well. I was surprised how organized and professional they were. I had an amazing experience in this store. I also learned so much about the human eye, which was awesome, the more you know the less you have to worry. They enabled me to see better and I was definitely able to create an impression on those around me. I give the store and the customer service an 11/10. BEST STORE IN SURREY! And I thought I had no chance of finding the right lenses and frames until.. I went to Impressive Eyewear Ltd. You needs glasses go to Impressive Eyewear, you need lenses or frames, again Impressive Eyewear, even if you don’t need glasses GO THERE! Wonderful experience, great people, I feel blessed to know someone out there actually cares about my eyes and style at the same time.  11th May, 2013 Impressive Eyewear: YES I HAVE AN ADDICTION TO MY DILEM'S!!! I love this store! IMPRESSIVE EYEWEAR in Surrey is the place to go for all your glass and contact needs!! I have temples for every occasion. These glasses from France are sturdy but very lightweight. I wore them for over 5hrs the first day! I actually forgot I had them on! This is unusual for me, as I was always taking previous ones on and off constantly. I LOVE the interchangeable temples! Colors to match whatever outfit I wear! How great is that for one pair of glasses! I can't wait to get more temples, teehee! As much as I love these glasses, they were hard to chose because of vast selection of beautiful frames this store carries! My hubby also bought new glasses there. Ivan loves them, and was so happy when many people from his work asked where he got them. I've not yet mentioned the incredible service we got from Gisele at this small but IMPRESSIVE business! They have a photo system which allows you to see all the gasses you try on! This allows you to see yourself and pick the ones that you most like! I highly recommend that you check this place out if you are thinking of new glasses, you will not be disappointed! 5 Stars from me!! Michele P. 

 5th April, 2013 A year ago I walked into this boutique looking for a "different" pair of eyeglasses. Nothing traditional and not the same as every other eye glass store.  29th March, 2013 After waiting for too long to update my glasses to avoid sales pressure and ending up with mediocre frames that don't measure up to meet my style. I followed a recommendation give to me to go to Impressive eyewear. As soon as I walked through the door I like the atmosphere and after looking around at the great selection booked my eye exam. I had even had my frame picked out, or so I thought. Gisele saw what it was I liked and didn't try to sell me anything else. She pointed out other options and took the time with me to set aside a collection of frames that I liked. The great thing after that was sitting down and having my picture taken with each frame and I could see what looked good on me.  24th February, 2013 I cant remember when I purchased my glasses. I think its coming up on two years so I am wondering if you would still have the date in your records. My other question is lenses.I have done some research and decided on the lenses I would like. I really like everything I read about that lens. I am happy with the HD lenses I currently have but the drivewear lenses in my sunglasses have been the best of all glasses so I think for my everyday glasses I would like to try Crizal.  12th February, 2013 Well it's been several months since I visited my favorite eye wear store. I was greeted with two wonderful hugs from two great ladies. I knew my eyes were changing and discovered progressive lenses are the answer thanks to Giselle. I have a complete understanding and visually saw the difference.  6th February, 2013 I was referred to Impressive Eyewear by a family member who purchased three pairs of glasses from Impressive within a year. She was extremely happy with the great service and selection. So it was exciting to get my first pair from you guys. I found the service excellent. I have always liked my Silhouette frames but was not able to wear them because replacement was cost prohibitive for me.  14th January, 2013 We received this email from a client that we have been trying to get into progressives for along time. Happy to say that we were successful thanks to a new progressive lens design! Impressive! Hi Gisele and Megan, Ok, so I have been officially converted!!!!!. My new progressive lenses are excellent! The fun began with the frame selection. With a smile wink and a laugh, I told Gisele your frame selections are "impressive". With the use of their Digital Camera system to help with the selection of my frames, it was easy to make my final choices of frames, a Mizyake for a conservation look, Vittoria by Pierre for my true self, and Faby by Roger for my sunglasses. The Impressive Eyewear team certainly did stand by their motto " we'll impress you, you'll impress others". I left the store with a huge smile on my face. When I wear my orange Pierre frames and my sunglasses, people stop me to ask where I got my glasses. 
